💼 About This Role

You'll join Talentful as a Senior GTM Recruiter, partnering with high-growth tech clients to attract world-class talent. You'll deeply embed with one client at a time, using creative sourcing to fill GTM roles. This role offers exposure to industry leaders like Alphabet and Microsoft while working in a flexible, hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other creative techniques
• Embed with one client at a time to understand their culture
• Partner with senior stakeholders to demonstrate talent value
• Recruit top GTM talent for high-growth technology clients

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of GTM & G&A recruitment experience
• 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
• Strong stakeholder management with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
