You'll manage and secure internal corporate IT systems for a venture-backed defense tech company, ensuring compliance with CMMC Level 2. You'll provide daily endpoint and identity management while supporting employees. This role offers stock options and the chance to work on national security infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage corporate endpoints, user accounts, and IT infrastructure.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees.
• Enforce endpoint protection, patch management, and access control.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance team on CMMC compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or enterprise support.
• Experience managing corporate endpoints and identity systems like Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and patch management.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as CMMC or NIST SP 800-171.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with MDM or endpoint security platforms.
• Experience supporting Linux and macOS environments.
