💼 About This Role

You'll oversee end-to-end manufacturing for combustion device hardware for the Aeon-R and Vacuum Engine programs. Your work will directly enable rapid production ramp of flight engines. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced startup building rockets from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing of combustion device hardware
• Develop and implement initial processes for production ramp
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on manufacturability
• Drive continuous improvement and new product development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering
• Experience authoring work instructions for complex assemblies
• Experience interfacing with design engineering and production personnel
• Experience executing projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience building and testing hardware in manufacturing environment
• Experience with Combustion Device design or manufacturing
• Experience scaling from development to high-rate production
