You'll join a production team crafting custom replacement windows for specific homeowners, not anonymous products. You'll work safely to meet production rates while supporting a respectful workplace and cross-training across roles. What stands out: every unit you build has a customer's name attached, giving purpose to your work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools
• Work to established production rates as defined by customer demand
• Participate in cross-training to maintain flexibility
• Identify and communicate problems to supervisors

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work safely and follow safe work practices
• Strong sense of accountability and teamwork
• Willingness to operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Ability to work 3rd shift hours (Sunday-Thursday 11PM-7AM)
