You will provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and support regulatory and marketing compliance. Requirements

• 4-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in-house
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in-house
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers
• Issue spotting and contract planning skills
• Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice in Australia
