You'll manage a portfolio of growth accounts for a leading SaaS Sales Performance Management company, driving adoption and value realization through digital and direct engagement. Your core impact will be ensuring customer renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. This role stands out by blending customer success with digital content creation and marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio accounts via 1:1 and 1:Many digital channels
• Represent voice of customer across product, marketing, and sales
• Identify expansion opportunities to drive value for customer and Varicent
• Create and optimize digital content and playbooks to drive product usage

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer success or account management in SaaS
• Ability to build trust and communicate with executives and technical leads
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals
• Familiarity with CS tools: Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, PPT

• Experience creating digital marketing content
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or finance
