You will manage relationships with enterprise-level clients, helping them achieve business goals with Qualia. You'll grow revenue through consultative sales and ensure customer satisfaction with our real estate technology platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success Management or comparable experience
- Experience in enterprise and strategic account management or sales
- Ability to drive revenue through consultative sales
- Good listener who can understand customer needs
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise accounts into highest value customers
- Quarterback complex software implementations for top accounts
- Work with onboarding team to build strong relationships
- Design processes to scale account management best practices
- Collaborate with Product team to improve user experience
