You will manage relationships with enterprise-level clients, helping them achieve business goals with Qualia. You'll grow revenue through consultative sales and ensure customer satisfaction with our real estate technology platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success Management or comparable experience
  • Experience in enterprise and strategic account management or sales
  • Ability to drive revenue through consultative sales
  • Good listener who can understand customer needs
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise accounts into highest value customers
  • Quarterback complex software implementations for top accounts
  • Work with onboarding team to build strong relationships
  • Design processes to scale account management best practices
  • Collaborate with Product team to improve user experience
