💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and communication skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at our learning center. Your work follows treatment plans developed by BCBAs to help increase communication, self-help, and play skills. You'll also record progress in our data system after each session.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral and social skills in 1:1 sessions with children with autism
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record session notes and progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred
• TRICARE certification preferred
• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting
