💼 About This Role

You'll lead Renuity's Southwest division, an approximately $130M business with ~550 employees from New Mexico to Texas. You'll drive top- and bottom-line performance while building a high-performing organization and elevating operational discipline during a significant transformation. This role initially oversees the Southwest division with potential for expanded scope.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage divisional P&L to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets
• Lead field marketing, call center, sales, and operations/production functions
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear local priorities and initiatives
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

• Proven general manager with P&L of comparable size to ~$130M
• Experience scaling a business and driving efficient growth
• Strong financial acumen and sense of urgency to achieve results
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
