💼 About This Role

You'll lead award-winning print and digital design teams for New York Magazine and its six verticals. Your work will shape visual storytelling across the bi-weekly print issue, digital platforms, and brand extensions. This role offers the chance to define a cohesive creative vision for a prestigious media brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead print and digital design teams across all verticals
• Design each issue's cover with Editor-in-Chief and Creative Director
• Oversee full print creative process from concept to execution
• Identify and commission illustrators and creative contributors

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of magazine design experience in senior roles
• Deep expertise in typography
• Fluency in illustration and fine art across multiple mediums
• Strong track record of discovering and commissioning emerging creative talent
