Description

You will conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on power plant and infrastructure equipment, including boilers, chillers, generators, and mechanical systems. You'll also review construction projects for code compliance and monitor automated facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service facility utility equipment and systems
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for chillers, boilers, cooling towers, medical gas systems, etc.
• Monitor and modify preventive maintenance programs for effectiveness
• Work with other divisions to meet maintenance and installation needs
• Oversee outside mechanical contractors as needed
