💼 About This Role

You'll deliver quality primary and urgent care to Oscar members via phone, video, and asynchronous messaging. You'll collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers while supervising Advanced Practice Providers. This role offers the opportunity to refactor healthcare in a virtual-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide virtual medical care to patients ages 18+
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, BH and CM teams
• Supervise and provide prescriptive authority to APPs
• Perform quality assurance and compliance duties

📋 Requirements

• Active medical license in an IMLCC state
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
• 3+ years in-person outpatient primary care experience

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years telemedicine experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Licensed in other Oscar states
