You'll help implement internal systems and assist team members with system and network requests. • Support disaster recovery solutions

📋 Requirements

• Active Directory administration experience
• Knowledge of networking (DHCP, TCP/IP, NAT)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Egnyte or Autodesk Cloud Connect
• Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools
• Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+
