You'll lead facilities operations and EHS programs at a medical device company focused on innovative kidney stone treatments. Your core impact will be ensuring a compliant, safe, and efficient environment for sterile and non-sterile manufacturing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee facilities operations including HVAC, utilities, and vendor management
• Ensure reliable operation of cleanrooms and controlled manufacturing areas
• Lead capital improvement projects and facility readiness for audits
• Maintain EHS compliance and lead risk assessments and incident investigations

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of facilities management experience in regulated manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations
• Experience with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP compliance
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Certification in EHS or facilities management (e.g., CSP, CHMM)
