  • Lead and develop AE teams across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Evolve sales motion with deal strategy, positioning, and processes.
  • Own revenue targets and forecasting with pipeline quality focus.
  • Drive operational excellence with CRM and data-driven practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 5+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise deal cycles in SaaS or eCommerce.
  • Building mindset improving systems in a pre-scale environment.
