Description
You will design, build, and operate the Okta platform, implementing identity governance and lifecycle automation to secure enterprise access. You'll own the evolution of identity-centric security controls and work with GRC to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- 6+ years hands-on experience operating Okta in production.
- Experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) setup.
- Experience with Terraform (Okta Provider).
- Ability to write scripts in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience integrating Okta with downstream applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Okta Identity Governance modules including Access Requests, Certifications, and Entitlement Management.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows and policies in Okta IGA to enforce Segregation of Duties (SOD).
- Manage Okta org architecture using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Build and maintain Okta Workflows for lifecycle automation.
- Implement and enforce MFA, Risk-Based Authentication, and Global Session Policies.
