You'll partner with UA and the creative team to produce high-performing ads and app store assets. Your core impact is driving performance through data-driven creative strategies and leveraging AI tools for rapid iteration. This role offers hands-on work with fun game projects in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Play-test games to understand USP, audience, and creative opportunities.
• Manage creative tasks end-to-end using Agile project management.
• Write actionable briefs and coordinate resources for creative production.
• Review creative performance metrics and turn insights into improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of creative production experience for gaming or mobile apps.
• Strong research and analysis ability to extract actionable creative insights.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Experience reviewing performance metrics (CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for ideation and workflow acceleration.
• Knowledge of emerging creative trends and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with playable ad production.
