You'll design and optimize AI-powered marketing automation workflows across multiple e-commerce and subscription brands. Your work will transform manual marketing operations into scalable automated systems that drive customer growth and operational efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain AI-powered marketing automation workflows
• Manage SEO initiatives including keyword research and metadata
• Develop lifecycle email campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, etc.)
• Monitor automation systems and troubleshoot workflow issues

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in marketing automation or workflow optimization
• Expertise with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n
• Experience implementing AI-driven workflows with Claude or ChatGPT
• Strong SEO and email marketing automation skills

• DTC, subscription, or startup experience
• Basic Python programming knowledge
• Experience building AI agents
