Description

You will lead and execute the technology roadmap for Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Applications, partnering with cross-functional business leaders in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role involves aligning systems with organizational data standards, security, and regulatory needs, as well as supporting implementations and system governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field
• 8+ years hands-on technical leadership in commercial, medical affairs, and corporate applications management
• 5+ years Life Science industry experience
• 5+ years experience as IT Business Partner supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs systems
• Advanced hands-on experience with Veeva commercial systems (CRM, MedComms, PromoMats, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year technology roadmap in partnership with business leaders
• Ensure system configuration, enhancement, and expansion align with data standards and regulatory needs
• Gather business requirements and test platforms with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Corporate system owners
• Support governance, lifecycle management, and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) of GxP scripts
• Serve as liaison between business functions and IT/Quality for technical guidance and support
