Description

As a Lead Value Engineer in the CPG sector, you'll bridge process mining with business strategy by analyzing client priorities, building data-driven business cases, and driving measurable value through the Celonis platform. You'll lead value workstreams, facilitate workshops, and present results to C-level executives while codifying best practices for the team.

Requirements

• Deep process and industry expertise in CPG
• Proven consulting skill set and strong analytical skills
• Experience with process mining or similar technologies
• Ability to build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks
• C-level communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing end-to-end customer value journey

Responsibilities

• Analyze client strategic priorities and map to high-impact Celonis use cases
• Architect solutions connecting data across value chain for demand planning, trade promotions, logistics, and D2C
• Build data-backed business cases for Process Intelligence impact
• Lead value workstreams for pilots and implementations
• Facilitate business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
• Codify best practices into reusable assets for the Value Engineering team
• Mentor junior engineers on CPG terminology and stakeholder management
• Provide product feedback to enhance platform for CPG vertical
