Description

You will own the end-to-end Life Insurance journey at SoFi, integrating it deeply into our lending and banking ecosystems to create a seamless, high-conversion experience for millions of members. You'll drive rapid experimentation, manage third-party carrier partnerships, and leverage AI to streamline the application process.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in Product Management, 4+ in high-growth InsurTech or FinTech
• Expert-level ability with SQL, Snowflake, Amplitude for data analysis
• Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, and State Insurance Department regulations
• Comfort in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Quote-to-Purchase Life Insurance journey
• Streamline application UX using data from third-party APIs
• Run high-velocity testing roadmap on UI components and application flow
• Manage technical and business relationships with carrier partners
• Build viral loops and referral mechanics for product-led growth
