You'll be the frontline of Nango's customer experience, debugging complex integration challenges and contributing code to expand API coverage. Your core impact is unblocking customers and feeding insights back to product and engineering teams. This role blends engineering, support, and solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Triage customer questions across email and Slack to resolution.
  • Debug platform and integration issues through logs and source code.
  • Implement support for new APIs on the Nango platform.
  • Maintain and improve API-specific documentation.
  • Run technical Q&A calls with prospects.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering or technical support experience.
  • Comfortable contributing code to a large codebase.
  • Native-level English with excellent communication skills.
  • Based in GMT-3 to GMT-5 time zones.

  • Experience in developer tools, APIs, or integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with OAuth flows and API auth patterns.
  • Startup experience in high-growth environments.
