Description

You will build detection mechanisms and automation frameworks to defend SpaceX's rocket and spacecraft control systems from sophisticated adversaries. You'll identify visibility gaps, investigate anomalous behavior, and participate in adversary emulation to strengthen security resilience.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in incident response, security operations, or security engineering (or BS in relevant STEM field)
• Experience with Python, Go, C++, or Rust
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Onsite presence required; no remote or hybrid work considered

Responsibilities

• Build and improve security detection mechanisms and automation frameworks
• Engage with owners of high-risk systems to prioritize detection gaps
• Investigate anomalous or suspicious behavior in the environment
• Participate in adversary emulation activities
