🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for assigned hospitals
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
• Act as strategic partner to talent team and hospital leadership
• Attend industry conferences to source top talent

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Based in Central/Eastern Time Zone; Missouri/Kansas preferred
• Proven ability with CRM or ATS platforms
