🎯 What You'll Do

• Curate datasets for pre-training, fine-tuning, and alignment.
• Research and develop novel LLM training and evaluation techniques.
• Collaborate with data engineers, linguists, and domain experts.
• Scale data processes and define evaluation tasks.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Data Science or Machine Learning with NLP focus.
• Practical experience fine-tuning LLMs/VLMs.
• Hands-on experience with transformers, embeddings, and RAGs.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or JAX.

• Experience with reinforcement learning in NLP/LLM settings.
