💼 About This Role

You'll join the CRM team as a senior data analyst, providing customer insights and actionable recommendations to drive retention, product take-up, and engagement. You'll interrogate data sources and leverage advanced analytics to help OVO become Britain's decarbonisation partner. This fixed-term role offers the chance to work on climate-critical initiatives with a flexible hybrid model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate analysis and reporting to drive data-driven CRM decisions
• Interrogate data sources and code libraries for accuracy
• Provide ad-hoc performance reporting and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and marketing managers

📋 Requirements

• SQL and code interrogation skills
• Experience with Looker or Tableau for data visualization
• Statistical knowledge including A/B testing and significance
• Quantitative degree or equivalent with customer-centric problem solving

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google tech stack and GitHub
• Experience in CRM or commercial analytics
