🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global tax strategy, provision, and compliance
• Lead tax projects including R&D credit and transfer pricing
• Support SEC reporting and SOX-compliant tax controls
• Manage international reporting packages and VAT filings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 10-12+ years of experience including 7+ years in public accounting with life science clients
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and SEC public company tax provisions
• Experience with international transfer pricing and VAT

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or MST preferred
• Experience with international expansion in Europe
• Commercial launch experience
