You'll own documentation for dedicated Postman API platform feature sets, working with engineers and PMs to plan and deliver high-quality content. Your work will help millions of developers and organizations succeed with Postman through clear, accurate docs. You'll also mentor other writers and foster best practices in a collaborative, global team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own docs for dedicated feature sets and drive all documentation efforts
• Plan documentation aligned with product release cycles
• Carry out editorial reviews on teammates' drafts
• Deliver high-quality, accurate documentation following content strategy
• Liaise with stakeholders across the company to address docs needs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of technical writing experience
• Problem solver with a broad view of docs role within the organization
• Strong communicator with experience writing technical material
• Self-directed learner able to pick up tech skills with minimal support
• Experience using and documenting SaaS products

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Docs as Code / Docs like Code approach
• Markdown-based content writing experience
• Working in an Agile environment and using Git
