💼 About This Role

You'll lead engineering at an AI-driven pharma company focused on accelerating drug development. Your team will build computational platforms that directly increase the quality and value of drug assets. This role offers the chance to reshape how engineering drives clinical success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical vision prioritizing high-leverage computational capabilities.
• Embed engineering resources within Business Development, Clinical, and R&D units.
• Partner with Data Science to build architecture for RWE platforms and prediction pipelines.
• Develop and scale proprietary platforms for ingestion of external clinical and biological datasets.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software/data engineering and technical leadership.
• Significant background in the Boston biotech or pharma-tech ecosystem.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of 15+ engineers.
• Deep expertise in building data ingestion pipelines and managing heterogeneous biological and clinical datasets.

• Experience working within GxP (GCP, GLP, GMP) environments.
• Familiarity with LLM-integrated features and autonomous agents.
• Experience deploying regulated clinical environments.
