You'll drive growth and operations for an AI Agent Platform, acquiring users and improving activation for global markets. You'll identify growth opportunities through market research and funnel data. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, GTM, and AI-enabled operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute growth initiatives for the AI Agent Platform across North America and Europe
• Build scalable acquisition programs via SEO, content, communities, and partnerships
• Improve onboarding, activation, feature adoption, and user retention
• Use AI tools to automate research, content production, and campaign execution

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product growth, growth marketing, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of PLG, user acquisition, activation, and lifecycle growth
• Experience working on global or overseas markets, preferably North America and/or Europe
• Excellent professional English for product messaging and campaign copy
