Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally focused on social or digital content
• Portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking and social-first writing
• Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience collaborating with art directors and designers on creative concepts
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Concept and write social-first ideas across Roblox's social channels
• Craft copy for short-form video, captions, scripts, carousels, and community-driven content
• Partner with art directors, motion designers, and marketers to develop engaging social storytelling
• Translate launches, campaigns, and community moments into compelling social content
• Lead copy development from concept through final delivery
