๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators at Anduril. You'll design and execute a TA-specific onboarding curriculum covering tools like our ATS/CRM and interview methodology. Every week a recruiter is ramping is a week they're not filling roles โ your work directly impacts how fast our recruiting engine scales.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end onboarding for all new TA hires from offer acceptance through 90 days.
- Design and maintain TA-specific onboarding curriculum covering ATS/CRM, sourcing tools, and interview methodology.
- Build structured 30/60/90 day onboarding plans for each TA role with milestones and success criteria.
- Coordinate pre-boarding logistics: system access, tool provisioning, and team introductions.
- Track ramp time, satisfaction scores, and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, people operations, program management, or talent acquisition enablement.
- Direct experience onboarding recruiting or TA professionals or strong TA domain knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices with bias toward structured, milestone-driven programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple new hire cohorts simultaneously.

- Experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Experience in defense or technology industry.
- Background in learning and development or instructional design.
