🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, coach, and mentor a security engineering team.
• Own execution and prioritization across projects using agile delivery.
• Mature capabilities across endpoint, SaaS, and cloud configuration.
• Partner with stakeholders to evolve security awareness and training.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive engineering and security experience.
• 3+ years managing people and security engineering teams.
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating security controls at scale.

✨ Nice to Have

• Software development experience in Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with attacker techniques in cloud-native environments.
