- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software
- Onboard and offboard employees with hardware and software setup
- Manage IT asset inventory and maintain organized space
- Assist in documenting IT policies and procedures

- Exceptional soft skills for working with all employee levels
- Software administration knowledge of Google/Slack/Zoom/Rippling/Microsoft
- Technical troubleshooting knowledge for Windows and Mac devices
