๐ผ About This Role
You'll own client engagements for Axuall's clinical workforce intelligence platform, driving growth and retention. You will maximize solution adoption and align products to customer strategic priorities. This role offers an incentive compensation plan rewarding client growth and advocacy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio via upselling
- Partner with internal teams to grow adoption of SaaS products
- Maintain relationships with account stakeholders to identify growth opportunities
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Product teams for new features
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management in Healthcare tech, preferably SaaS
- Excellent client service skills with healthcare professionals across roles
- Strong experience in identifying growth opportunities and expanding revenue
- Ability to quantitatively articulate actions in response to analytics
