You'll deliver AI agents end-to-end for Hatch's platform, working with customers to translate complex requirements into reliable solutions. You'll own agent setup, testing, and launch while feeding insights back to product. This high-ownership role puts you at the heart of customer success in a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define agent workflows, prompts, and behaviors for customer needs
• Configuring, testing, and tuning AI agents pre- and post-launch
• Leading customer discovery, solution walkthroughs, and launch readiness
• Monitoring live agent performance and driving pragmatic improvements

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in solutions delivery, customer success, or hands-on product role
• Experience with AI-powered systems, prompts, or automation tools
• Ability to break down ambiguous customer problems into executable requirements
• Background in B2B SaaS or platform products
