🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform
• Prioritize initiatives and make go/no-go decisions on features
• Translate institutional requirements into structured product specifications
• Act as primary liaison between product, engineering, and partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or ownership
• 3+ years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure
• Experience delivering a tokenization or RWA product full lifecycle
• Strong understanding of traditional financial market infrastructure

• Experience working with institutional clients like banks or asset managers
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA)
