You'll drive equitable and inclusive hiring while evolving recruiting processes and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to understand hiring needs
• Source and engage high-quality technical talent using creative approaches
• Champion equitable and inclusive hiring practices
• Advise hiring managers on interview design and decision-making

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical roles
• Demonstrated success hiring across Engineering and Product functions
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub
• Deep commitment to diverse and inclusive hiring

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in blockchain, crypto, fintech, or financial inclusion
• Existing network of engineers with Golang, Python, Rust, C++, or JavaScript
• Experience recruiting in high-growth or mission-driven organizations
