🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors
• Ensure MEP systems meet specifications, schedules, and building codes
• Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and installations
• Develop and implement execution plans including schedules and logistics
• Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of field experience in MEP systems
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and codes
• Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or Primavera
