You'll be the primary point of contact for customers interacting with GRAIL via phone, email, and chat. Your role is essential in providing exceptional service within cancer care. You'll work in a hybrid environment at our Durham, NC office, making a true difference in callers' lives.

- Respond to inbound communications in a virtual contact center
- Document interactions in CRM and patient information in LIMS
- Own customer interactions and see cases through to completion
- Adhere to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year customer service in a call center or related environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
