You'll join Conduit Health as a Summer Intern in Clinical Operations, Patient Experience, or Fulfillment Operations. You'll own a daily operational responsibility and a strategic project from start to finish, presenting to leadership. This role offers real ownership from day one at a high-growth healthcare startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily operational tasks in your assigned pod.
• Meet performance KPIs alongside full-time teammates.
• Run a summer-long strategic project end-to-end.
• Document processes into SOPs or training materials.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong communication skills for phone and Slack.
• Organizational skills to balance daily tasks and a project.
• Comfort with basic tools like Google Workspace and Slack.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare.
• Coursework in healthcare administration, public health, or business.
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
