You'll expand PadSplit's marketplace by engaging property owners to become Hosts. Your work will help homeowners unlock extra income while addressing housing affordability. This fully remote role offers uncapped commission potential and the chance to impact the affordable housing crisis.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential PadSplit Hosts.
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Host discovery calls and present tailored value propositions.
- Close deals and coordinate with onboarding teams for smooth transitions.
📋 Requirements
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Relationship-building skills to develop trust with property owners.
- Self-motivation to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and property management dynamics.
