Description

You will process accounts payable, perform cash applications, prepare journal entries, support month-end close, and assist with audits. This role offers the chance to improve financial processes in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of accounting experience (AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries)
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices with accuracy and proper coding
• Perform cash application by reconciling incoming payments to accounts
• Prepare and post standard and recurring journal entries
• Support month-end close activities including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Assist in preparing schedules and reports for internal review and audits
