Description

You'll take ownership of assembling and routing high-reliability wiring harnesses for Terran R, collaborate with engineering and quality teams, mentor junior technicians, and advocate for production efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience as a harnessing technician with high-complexity wiring
• Experience conducting inspections, continuity checks, and hipot tests
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions
• Experience performing rework and repairs on wire harnesses

Responsibilities

• Assemble and route high-reliability wiring harnesses and cable assemblies
• Support development of junior technicians through on-the-job training
• Collaborate with engineering, specialists, and quality team to meet quality standards
• Advocate for new tools and improvements to improve production efficiency
