🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead data strategy for regulatory engagements including ETL development
• Quantify compliance risks and drive program effectiveness
• Collaborate with legal and engineering to build compliance program elements
• Communicate insights to internal and external partners

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of Compliance/AML experience
• Expert level abilities in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools
• Expert in ETL development

✨ Nice to Have

• CAMS or other AML certification
• Experience in FinTech or consulting industry
• Experience with automation using Python, R or Prefect
