Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Must be able to care for clients in home setting

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Use electronic charting (Statewise) to document patient care
• Work day or overnight shifts, 8-12 hours
