Description

You will provide patient care including acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting, both in-office and via telehealth, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams. This is a per diem, casual role with 8-23 patient care hours per week.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP program with national certification
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or 1 year outpatient primary care plus 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year urgent care
• State licensed in MA by start date
