You'll engage with customer engineering teams to demonstrate Vinci's simulation software, running thermal models and interpreting results to show its value. You'll bridge the gap between advanced AI and real-world hardware design, working closely with sales and product teams. This hybrid role offers a chance to shape AI-driven engineering workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customer simulation setup and test cases.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Provide technical guidance during onboarding and deployment.
• Identify customer pain points and workflow challenges.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
• 3+ years of hands-on electronics thermal engineering or simulation experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Strong ability to communicate complex results to mixed audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with semiconductor packaging and advanced cooling
• Pre-sales or technical sales experience
• Experience with commercializing technical software
