💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of PAM4 ADC/DAC-based wireline technologies and work with customers to define products. You'll drive designs from specification through silicon evaluation to market introduction. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performance analog IC team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define SerDes architecture and specifications with customers
• Lead transistor-level design and layout supervision
• Evaluate silicon on bench and characterize performance
• Manage product introduction from spec to production

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in high-performance analog/mixed-signal IC development
• Thorough familiarity with PAM4 architectures and topologies
• Experience designing high-speed building blocks (PLL, CDR, CTLE, etc.)
• Track record of taking designs to production

• Experience with behavioral modeling and digital synthesis
• MATLAB understanding preferred
