You'll build AI-powered tools and automation while handling technical support for a CRM used by SMBs. Your core impact is owning problems end-to-end, from customer conversations to shipping code. This role combines customer empathy with solid Python skills in a fully remote, bootstrapped company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build Python scripts and internal tooling for imports, data cleanup, and reporting.
  • Handle technical support tickets, including API questions and data migrations.
  • Write clear bug reports and improve API documentation based on customer feedback.
  • Experiment with AI tools and ship automation that scales customer support.

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years writing Python to solve real problems (APIs, data transformations, automation).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with strong empathy and clear communication.
  • Comfortable with autonomy in a fully remote, async environment.
  • Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience building internal tools or automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
